About Me

Jesse Santiago was born outside of New York City and moved to Rehoboth Beach with his family in 1996. He has spent every year since making this area his home and the people his family. He currently resides in Rehoboth Beach with his wife, Gabrielle, who was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD. and their two dachshunds, Max and Reginald. He previously worked in many local restaurants and has close relationships with many leaders in that community. After 20 years working as a bartender and manager in many favorite local restaurants (Blue Moon and Fork + Flask @ Nage), he wanted to pivot into his growing passion, Realestate. He has a strong passion for mid-century-modern architecture, small details that matter the most to his clients, and the local Delaware Beaches community.

Jesse has called Rehoboth Beach home since 1996. Over the past two decades, he's built deep roots in the Delaware coastal community, working in some of the area's most beloved restaurants, such as Blue Moon. 

His years in hospitality shaped his strong work ethic, people-first mindset, and close relationships with local business leaders.

Now a coastal Delaware Realtor with Barrows & Associates, Jesse channels that same passion for connection into helping clients find thier ideal home at the Delaware beaches. 

He brings a unique eye for mid-century-modern architecture, an appreciation for detail, and an insider's understanding of the Rehoboth Beach lifestyle.
